Horton has just signed their first retail leases with Sprouts, Shake Shack & Sweetgreens. This is just the beginning of many more tenants to come to the old Horton Plaza; now called Horton.
As downtown residents, we have watched the Horton Plaza mall become a ghost town and now redeveloped into a fully integrated multi-use campus which will set new standards for work and lifestyle.

Horton, a $505 million project, will consist of 772,000 square feet of office space referred to as the Campus at Horton and 300,000 square feet of retail referred to as the Shops at Horton.

We are all excited about these first few tenants as everyone loves healthy food and a good burger! We have Seaport Village and Little Italy filled with little, cafes, stores and a few restaurants but we need more!

Sprouts Farmer Market, a healthy grocery store, and Sweetgreen, a fast-casual destination with delicious organic food are both great healthy choices! And who doesn’t love a great burger at Shake Shack?


As we await the news for more tenants, Stockdale Capital Partners is actively touring and working on finishing touches at Horton with an estimated completion date of 2024.
